We are seeking a technical professional to work as an Electrical Maintenance Technician, responsible for serving as the technical reference for executing and coordinating electrical tests and calibrations, ensuring quality, safety, and metrological reliability standards across all operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct intermediate-complexity electrical tests; * Identify faults and propose technical corrections; * Perform quality control and record test results; * Support reviews of procedures and work instructions; * Train Level I and II Technicians on routines and best practices. **Key Deliverables** * Ensure metrological and operational reliability of power electrical equipment and systems; * Execute and guide maintenance, calibration, and electrical testing activities; * Ensure all equipment operates safely, accurately, and in compliance with technical standards and quality requirements. **Technical Requirements** * Technical degree in Electrotechnics, Electronics, Industrial Automation, or related fields (registration with the relevant professional council is desirable); * Experience in maintenance, calibration, and electrical testing of protection, measurement, automation, and power equipment; * Ability to interpret electrical diagrams, technical manuals, and applicable standards (ABNT, IEC, IEEE); * Proficiency in using measurement and testing instruments (e.g., megohmmeter, multimeter, current/voltage injectors, oscilloscope, etc.); * Knowledge of commissioning procedures and integrated testing in electrical systems; * Critical analysis of test results and preparation of technical reports; * Familiarity with metrology best practices and equipment reliability control; * Basic understanding of maintenance management and asset control; * Knowledge of occupational health and safety and environmental practices applicable to electrical work. **Professional Experience** * Minimum 6–9 years of experience in the relevant field. **Behavioral Profile** * Proactivity; * Critical thinking; * Attention to detail; * Organization; * Results orientation; * Time management; * Resilience.
