Market analysis and industry trends in the civil construction sector **Commercial Area \| Civil Construction** We are seeking a professional to work in the commercial area, with a focus on prospecting, developing, and closing business deals in the civil construction segment. **Responsibilities:** Prospect and develop new clients and business opportunities; Conduct commercial visits to present our services; Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and lead the negotiation process through to closure; Manage and monitor the entire negotiation cycle; Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring quality post-sales service and customer retention; Analyze the market, competition, and trends in the civil construction sector; **Requirements:** Experience in the commercial field, preferably within the civil construction segment; Strong negotiation and customer relationship skills; Proactive profile, results-oriented, and possessing good communication skills; **Employment Type:** Freelancer (PJ) Job Type: Full-time CLT, Freelancer / PJ Contract Duration: 24 months Compensation: R$5\.000,00 \- R$6\.500,00 per month Work Location: On-site
