Job Summary: The Foreign Trade Intern will assist in operational import and export routines, monitoring processes and internal controls. Key Highlights: 1. Communication with internal and external partners **Responsibilities:** The Foreign Trade Intern will support operational import and export routines, assisting the responsible team in monitoring processes and internal controls. Key responsibilities include: * Receiving shipments in the SSM system, performing required data entries and follow-ups; * Generating invoices and packing lists according to shipping instructions; * Sending shipping instructions to customs brokers, freight forwarders, and suppliers, following guidance from the responsible Analyst; * Monitoring shipment receipt at international warehouses and updating internal control spreadsheets; * Requesting cash advances from the Finance department and entering them into the RM system; * Entering and clearing expense reports received from customs brokers; * Monitoring shipment arrival at domestic inventory and notifying requesting departments; * Entering bills and invoices into the system, respecting cost centers; * Performing daily follow-up on import and export processes; * Assisting with fiscal entries for Import Invoices, Service Invoices, and CT\-e; * Assisting with issuance of documents required for export processes; * Updating Excel spreadsheets, verifying expense reports and expenditures; * Sending and replying to e\-mails in Portuguese and English, maintaining contact with internal and external partners. **Education Requirement:** Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, from the **4th semester onward**, preferably in Foreign Trade, Business Administration, International Relations, or related fields. **Required Knowledge:** * Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); * Intermediate-level English; * Basic knowledge of foreign trade and its processes.
