Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing and monitoring import and export processes, including cargo receipt, document issuance, and communication with partners. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for students majoring in International Trade and related fields. **JOB DESCRIPTION** Receive cargoes in the SSM system, performing required data entries and tracking; Generate invoices and packing lists according to shipping instructions; Send shipping instructions to customs brokers, freight forwarders, and suppliers, following guidance from the responsible Analyst; Monitor cargo receipt at international warehouses and update internal control spreadsheets; Request funds from the Finance Department and record entries in the RM system; Record and reconcile expense reports received from customs brokers; Track cargo arrival at domestic inventory and notify requesting departments; Record bills and receivables in the system, respecting cost centers; Perform daily follow-up on import and export processes; Assist with fiscal entries for Import Invoices, service invoices, and CT\-e; Assist in issuing documents required for export processes; Update Excel spreadsheets, verify expense reports and expenditures; Send and reply to emails in Portuguese and English, maintaining contact with internal and external partners. **Education:** Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, minimum 4th semester, preferably in International Trade, Business Administration, International Relations, or related fields. Required Knowledge: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Intermediate level English; Basic knowledge of International Trade and its processes.
