Contact: **(31) 99539-6317** **Working hours:** 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. **Job description:** Responsible for operating a blown film extruder to manufacture plastic rolls (e.g., garbage bags, silos, and general plastic packaging), ensuring product quality and proper equipment operation. **Main responsibilities:** * Operate and adjust blown film extruder * Control thickness, width, and quality of plastic rolls * Feed raw materials (resins) into the machine * Perform setup, adjustments, and size changes * Monitor production parameters (temperature, pressure, speed) * Identify and correct potential process defects * Package, label, and store produced rolls * Maintain sector organization and cleanliness * Comply with safety and quality standards **Requirements:** * Proven experience with blown film extruders * Knowledge of plastic film production (LDPE, HDPE, recycled) * Basic understanding of quality control * Availability to work rotating shifts **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience with fine balloon adjustment * Knowledge of recycled material reprocessing * Industrial/plastics-related training courses Job type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$3,000.00 - R$3,200.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher Work location: On-site
