At Betim Química, you will have the opportunity to work as a **Procurement Intern**, contributing directly to strategic procurement processes—including in international contexts—and developing a broad understanding of the area. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in developing national and international suppliers to enhance competitiveness. * Support negotiation of purchasing terms (prices, delivery schedules, quantities, and transportation). * Generate purchase orders in the ERP system according to internal demands. * Create and issue Purchase Orders based on negotiated agreements. * Assist in verifying import documentation (Invoice, Packing List, AWB or BL). * Obtain domestic and international freight quotations from freight forwarders and carriers. * Monitor receipt of imported raw materials, ensuring adherence to scheduled arrival times (ETA). * Support the import process alongside customs brokers and the Federal Revenue Service. * Monitor customs clearance and collection scheduling. * Assist with international payments in coordination with the Finance department. * Organize and maintain up-to-date documentation for the department. * Support the team in administrative and operational tasks related to the department. **Requirements:** Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or related fields. Basic knowledge of Excel. **Preferred Qualifications:** Interest in international trade and import processes.
