Job Summary: A professional responsible for cleaning and tidying guest rooms, organizing work materials, and managing found items in the hotel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Clean and change linens in guest rooms according to brand standards. 2. Organize work materials and carry out scheduled tasks. 3. Handle lost-and-found procedures and report issues. * Inspect vacant rooms to ensure they are clean. * Clean and change linens in both vacant and occupied rooms according to brand standards. * Perform bed-making procedures. * Change linens upon every guest checkout and in occupied rooms when necessary, following brand standards. * Organize work materials: cleaning supplies, amenities, linens, etc. Carry out pre-defined scheduled tasks. * Handle lost-and-found procedures for items found in the hotel. * Report any shortages, damages, or safety concerns. * Check inventory levels of all consumable items.
