Meet quality targets, average handling time, and customer satisfaction JOB POSTING: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – CEMIG AVAILABILITY TO TRAVEL Position: Customer Service Representative – CEMIG Work Location: CONGONHAS/MG Employment Type: CLT Schedule: Rotating 5x2 shift – Shift: 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM Salary: BRL 1,870; after 3 months increases to BRL 2,294. Benefits: Transportation allowance, meal allowance of BRL 31.34 per working day, dental plan, life insurance, attendance bonus of BRL 200, GYMPASS, and university partnership agreements. The role involves receptive and/or in-person service, emphasizing excellence, courtesy, and efficiency in clarifying inquiries, registering requests, conducting negotiations, and providing guidance on electricity services. Responsibilities: Provide customer service in person or via digital channels; Clarify questions regarding bills, consumption, disconnection and reconnection, duplicate bills, and other services offered by CEMIG; Redirect requests to responsible departments when necessary; Meet quality targets, average handling time, and customer satisfaction. Requirements: Completed high school education; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Basic computer knowledge; Prior customer service experience is a plus.
