We are a company of innovative, creative, and diverse people—so we warmly welcome you and your uniqueness. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** Leading the tactical execution of system architecture, ensuring seamless integration between back-office systems (Finance, Legal, HR) and platforms—without bottlenecks. * Serving as a technical PMO, managing schedules, resources, and risks for cross-functional projects—with full focus on standardization and governance. * Leading ERP (SAP, Oracle, or TOTVS) implementation and support, ensuring proper integration with CRMs, SaaS applications, and legacy systems. * Mapping business processes and data flows, identifying operational redundancies, and proposing tool rationalization to reduce costs. * Bridging requirements from Development, Infrastructure, Data, and Security teams—translating business needs into executable technical requirements. * Monitoring SLAs, overseeing technical deliverables from external consultants, and ensuring compliance with technology contracts. * Ensuring information security and regulatory compliance across all projects under your responsibility. * * Leading the Support/HelpDesk team—ensuring excellence in service delivery, computer and peripheral management, stability of corporate Wi-Fi, and technological quality of meeting rooms—to guarantee the best experience for employees. **✔️ What you need to have/know/be:** * Proven experience in full-cycle implementation, migration, or upgrade of large-scale ERPs (SAP, TOTVS, Oracle, or similar). * Proficiency in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid) and control tools (Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet). * Experience mapping business processes for system configuration—ensuring technology effectively supports operations.
