Job Description \-You will be responsible for leading the Integrated Management System (IMS) of the Technical Directorate, ensuring alignment across departments, monitoring performance, and supporting strategic decision-making. This role is essential to consolidate management information, support goals and results, and ensure compliance with ISO 9000 standards. **Key responsibilities include:** * Leading performance meetings, analyzing results, and proposing corrective actions. * Developing dashboards and management reports to support strategic decisions. * Monitoring execution of critical projects and deadlines. * Coordinating implementation and maintenance of the IMS: reviewing/creating procedures, standardizing templates, conducting internal audits, and governance meetings. * Planning and leading strategic workshops involving multiple departments. * Supporting the Director in internal committees (ExCo, OpCo), preparing executive materials (PPT), and following up on action items. * Participating in strategic planning: defining objectives, targets, and indicators aligned with the business plan. **Qualifications \-The profile we seek for this position:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Sciences (Accounting/Economics). * English proficiency desirable. * **ISO 9000 Lead Auditor certification (desirable).** * Ability to create executive presentations (PowerPoint). **Additional Information \-Why join our team?** We are a company committed to turning our beliefs and values into reality.
