In-depth knowledge of the TOTVS RM ecosystem. **[Support] Technical Support Specialist** ============================================== TOTVS | Belo Horizonte - MG | Hybrid Job Description Provide technical guidance and support to national TOTVS technical support analysts, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities and Duties As a Performance Specialist, your day-to-day activities will include: * Performance Profiling and Diagnosis: Use cutting-edge tools (YourKit, CodeTrack, PerfView) to identify real-time bottlenecks, memory leaks, and thread contention. * Reverse Engineering and Advanced Debugging: Use dnSpy to analyze runtime code behavior, validate component logic, and suggest precise technical corrections. * Dump Analysis: Investigate memory dump files to diagnose root causes of crashes and critical instabilities in production environments. * Database Optimization (Oracle): Analyze execution plans, indexes, and SQL statements to ensure database queries do not impact ERP performance. * Web Service Maintenance: Ensure health of Web Service integrations by monitoring latency and call integrity. * RM Architecture Management: Administer and optimize N-Tier environments, ensuring correct configuration of the License Server, Smart Client, and update processes (RM Atualizador / Totvs Update). * Auditing and Customizations: Analyze audit logs and debug complex Visual Formulas that may cause systemic degradation. Requirements and Qualifications * In-depth knowledge of the TOTVS RM ecosystem. * Technical Proficiency: Solid experience with Oracle Database (queries, tuning, analysis). * Incident Analysis: Prior experience in Level 3 Support or maintenance of complex systems. * Integration Perspective: Knowledge of Web Service communication protocols. Desirable Requirements * Performance Tooling: Proficiency in deep-dive analysis tools (YourKit, dnSpy, CodeTrack, or PerfView). * Experience in high-availability environments (N-Tier). * Skill in log analysis and debugging of Visual Formulas.
