




### **About TopCorpus** TopCorpus is a digital education company focused on professional training and development, operating with a human-centered approach, structured processes, and a commitment to the quality of our students’ experience. **About the Position** We are seeking a **Support Attendant** to provide in-person support to students and customers, ensuring a clear, efficient, and human-centered experience. This is a CLT position, focused on process execution, organization, and operational support for our digital platforms. Candidates must have mobility and availability to work in-person in São José dos Campos/SP – Jardim Aquarius. ### **Responsibilities** * Provide support to students and customers via the company’s official channels; * Assist with inquiries related to course access, member area, purchases, payments, cancellations, and refunds; * Directly operate on the **Hotmart** platform (accesses, member area, orders) and the **Hyperflow** platform (student support); * Log and track support interactions, ensuring information organization and traceability; * Follow company-defined support workflows and procedures; * Collaborate with internal departments to resolve requests and continuously improve processes; * Contribute to support quality and student satisfaction. ### **Requirements** * Prior experience in customer service or support roles; * Clear, concise, and respectful written and verbal communication; * Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and manage workloads; * Ability to interact effectively with diverse customer profiles, including handling dissatisfaction scenarios; * Aptitude for teamwork and collaboration; * Proactive mindset with interest in identifying root causes of issues; * Willingness to suggest improvements to support processes and daily routines; * Ability to adhere to established support procedures and standards; * Availability and mobility for **in-person** work in São José dos Campos/SP. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with or hands-on experience using digital platforms—especially **Hotmart** and **Hyperflow**; * Experience in educational support or digital business environments; * Experience in online education settings. ### **Employment Model** * **CLT** * **In-person** work – Jardim Aquarius \| São José dos Campos/SP * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM / Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Department:** Product and Support
