If you are driven by technical challenges, enjoy getting hands-on, and want to work with cutting-edge technology while collaborating with our international teams, this is your opportunity to actively contribute to the development of innovative solutions redefining the autonomous trucking industry. **About the Opportunity** * This role is based at Pronto’s office in Vila da Serra (Nova Lima/Belo Horizonte), with occasional visits to mines in Brazil and other countries. Working hours may vary according to operational needs. * During the selection process, it is essential to complete the experience questionnaire accompanying your application. Applications without responses will not be considered. **Responsibilities** * Provide engineering support for autonomous trucks in production, ensuring continuous and efficient operation across all of Pronto’s global operations; * Perform diagnostics and debugging on Linux systems, identifying and resolving issues in firmware, software, and embedded systems; * Maintain direct communication with customers and local teams to meet operational demands and ensure technical alignment; * Support the installation and integration of devices in new operations, contributing to fleet deployment and expansion; * Develop debugging and monitoring tools to optimize technical support and failure analysis; * Develop software for autonomous systems, collaborating with international teams on advanced robotics projects; * Work across diverse robotics topics, including localization, controls, path planning, safety systems, sensor fusion, integration with custom or third-party hardware, camera pipelines, and/or machine learning. **Requirements (Mandatory)** * Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in software, hardware, and/or robotics development; * Advanced knowledge of Linux systems; * Practical experience debugging embedded systems; * Experience with remote connections (SSH) and command-line tools; * Programming in Python or C/C\+\+ for code analysis and correction; * Advanced or fluent English, for constant communication with global teams and reading/writing documentation in English; **Nice-to-Have (Preferred)** * Experience with process management (Supervisor or similar); * Knowledge of communication protocols and connectivity diagnostics; * Proficiency with Linux networking tools (tcpdump, candump, Wireshark, etc.); * Familiarity with version control (Git); * Personal automation, robotics, or electronics projects; * Experience with rapid prototyping and hardware troubleshooting. * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B). **Benefits** * Health and dental insurance (for employee and dependents); * Life insurance; * Meal and food vouchers; * Stock options; * Performance bonus.
