Responsible for ensuring the execution of administrative activities and the quality of clinical examinations under constant supervision.

Responsible for ensuring the execution of administrative activities necessary for conducting auxiliary clinical examinations supporting medical diagnosis, as well as ensuring the quality of examinations and procedures performed. Autonomy in performing tasks is limited; procedures are clear and detailed, and any variations that arise must be consulted with supervision. The contribution of these activities involves informational services, and reasoning is confined to limited routines, specific and detailed instructions, under constant guidance when required.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Internal and external telephone support, providing guidance to patients, family members, and departments; resolving requests and redirecting calls as needed.
* Scheduling, confirming, rescheduling, and re-calling patients for examinations and treatments (Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Computed Tomography, Mammography, Breast Ultrasound, Biopsies/Punctures, PET\-CT, Radioiodine Therapy, Radiation Therapy Planning, among others).
* Daily monitoring of schedules to ensure high occupancy rates, reduce no-shows, and optimize available time slots.
* Complete registration of consultations, examinations, and information in institutional systems (MV SOUL, SISREG, SIGRAH, SISCAN, MOVDOC, and IDCE), ensuring accurate data and traceability.
* Verification of medical orders (printed and electronic), coding of authorization forms according to health insurance plans, and requesting/monitoring authorizations—including high-cost procedures.
* Opening protocols with health insurance providers in cases of denials, ensuring service feasibility.
* Assembling, organizing, and archiving medical records, reports, and images according to institutional criteria to facilitate searching and delivery to patients.
* Typing and releasing reports (e.g., mammography in SISCAN and MV SOUL), organizing them for physician signature and formal delivery to patients via protocol.
* Document verification and forwarding of invoices to billing and auditing departments, with protocol and control over submission and return items.
* Updating departmental spreadsheets (e.g., Radiation Therapy Planning, invoices, internal controls).
* Printing and verifying identification labels; preparing and delivering pre\-examination instructions to patients and clinical teams.
* Requesting and managing supplies from the warehouse, receiving, storing, and controlling inventory to prevent waste.
* Requesting FDG doses for PET\-CT examinations from the contracted company, according to the medical schedule.
* Submitting maintenance, IT, and cleaning service tickets, tracking response deadlines (SLA).
* Protocoling and ensuring document traceability (medical orders, reports, AIS, authorization forms, consent forms, prescriptions).
* Providing images on CD or film upon request, and formally recording the delivery of external examination results.
* Registering examinations/treatments in surgical block schedules and supporting nuclear medicine workflows.
* Controlling schedule blocking and release according to room, equipment, and staff availability.
* Continuous communication with supervision regarding routine operations, performance indicators, pending items, and departmental incidents.
* Typing mammography reports in the SUS system (SISCAN) and MV SOUL, entering information according to the document released by the radiologist, enabling the SUS network to access the examination report conducted at IMP.
* Performing related administrative and supportive activities as required by institutional needs.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
MANDATORY TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
* Completed high school education.
* Computer literacy.
DESIRED TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience typing medical reports.
* Experience in a hospital environment.
