If you seek a challenging, fast-paced environment with real learning and development opportunities, this position may be your next career step. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support job posting on internal and external platforms; * Screen resumes according to defined profiles; * Conduct initial candidate outreach (phone, WhatsApp, and e-mail); * Schedule interviews with candidates and managers; * Support individual and group interviews; * Ensure appropriate communication with candidates, guaranteeing timely feedback and a positive candidate experience; * Update job statuses in spreadsheets and/or R&S systems; * Support onboarding processes, including arranging medical exams and requesting documents. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields — currently pursuing or completed; * Prior experience in recruitment and selection; * Experience in resume screening and interview scheduling; * Experience handling high-volume recruitment, preferably operational roles; * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Familiarity with recruitment and selection systems and platforms; * Residency in the Itatiaiuçu-MG region and surrounding areas (Itaúna, Igarapé, Mateus Leme, Brumadinho, Betim, Contagem, Belo Horizonte) **What We Expect From You:** * Organization and attention to detail; * Strong communication skills; * Proactivity; * Results orientation; * Sense of urgency; * Ownership mindset; * Discretion and confidentiality; * Commitment and accountability; * Collaborative attitude and solution focus. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in the fields indicated for this role. **Additional Information** * On-site work schedule: 44 (forty-four) hours per week; * 100% on-site; * Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws); * Remuneration: To be discussed; * Meal allowance; * On-site meals; * Health insurance plan with statewide coverage (National Emergency and Urgent Care), co-payment model, extendable to family members (spouse and dependent children); * Dental insurance; * Wellhub + Conexa Saúde (formerly Gympass); * Group life insurance; * Transportation assistance.
