**Job Description** **Who will you work with?** With Wabtec Digital Mine’s global Product Support Engineering (PSE) team. The selected candidate will be mentored by a PSE based in Contagem, supported by the team and the company as a whole. **How will you make a difference?** This role involves direct customer interaction, working with Vale—the largest mining company in Brazil—as well as other Tier-1 mining companies. This position is essential to the success and continuity of safe mining operations. **What do we want to know about you?** * Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields, with an expected graduation date starting from 2027. * Advanced and/or fluent English. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Work alongside our expert engineers—ask questions and learn. * Assist our field technicians with software-related queries. * Replicate customer architectures and issues in our lab. * Test software versions and updates based on customer configurations. * Participate in meetings with customers and internal teams to discuss priorities and action items. * Develop essential interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and other stakeholders. #LI-JM1 **Additional Information** **What could you achieve in an environment that truly puts People First?** At Wabtec, it’s not just about a job—it’s about the impact you create.
