Job Summary: As a Product Designer, you will develop innovative solutions for clients, balancing user needs with the company's strategic goals. Key Highlights: 1. Applying Discovery methodologies As a Product Designer, you will participate in building innovative solutions for our clients—from conception through implementation—balancing user needs with the company's strategic goals. On a day-to-day basis, you will design, refine, and continuously improve our products and our users' experience. If this opportunity resonates with you, join our team! ### **Main Responsibilities** * Understand our users' needs and propose solutions to address them, considering experience, usability, and business viability; * Apply Discovery methodologies, including experiments, benchmarking, and research with users, customers, and stakeholders. * Create wireframes, interactions, and high-fidelity, responsive, navigable prototypes; * Develop detailed project documentation, including design specifications, requirements, and user flows to ensure effective implementation. * Maintain up-to-date manuals, Design System, and other documents aimed at ensuring consistency and efficiency across projects. * Conduct handoffs with the Technology team and support developers throughout the entire process. ### **Technical Requirements** * Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma or similar). * Prior experience as a Product Designer. ### **Behavioral Profile** * High creative potential. * Empathy toward users. * Aptitude for metrics and data. * Ability to handle diverse tasks. * Teamwork skills (collaborative, open to others' ideas, receptive to feedback). * Communication skills. ### **Benefits** * Remote work allowance * Day off * Semiannual holiday extension * Gympass * Remote work * Dental plan * Health insurance * Meal allowance * Culture allowance * Partnerships with educational institutions * Commercial partnerships Minimum Education: Technical Course
