Lofty Style is currently seeking professionals for the Cashier Operator position. Your key responsibilities as a Cashier Operator will include: * Delivering customer service at the cash register, ensuring quality registration and assisting customers in completing purchases—including cross-selling additional products; * Receiving customer payments via cash, PIX, credit and debit cards, and payment links; * Conducting cash reconciliation and operating the system to process sales transactions and payments; * Managing product movements — including receipts, dispatches, transfers, and SAC invoices; * Supporting external sales by arranging motorcycle couriers (motoboys), generating payment links, and issuing consignment or delivery sale invoices; * Operating across omnichannel platforms to ensure process agility and customer satisfaction; * Raising IT support tickets to resolve technical issues; * Assisting with inventory management of supplies — office materials and packaging. Required Qualifications: * Completed High School education; * Comfort working with new technologies; * Prior experience operating cash registers; * Excellent communication skills.
