Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist with advanced proficiency in maintenance and configuration of Microsoft Windows environments, computer networks, and hardware, as well as user support. Responsibilities and Duties: * Technical knowledge of Windows environment and Microsoft Office; advanced proficiency in maintenance and configuration of Microsoft Windows 7/8/10 environments (32-bit and 64-bit platforms) * Work in Internet and Intranet environments, perform advanced-level hardware maintenance (desktops and notebooks); advanced-level knowledge of computer networks and local area networks * Windows: Verify wired and wireless computer networks, TCP/IP protocol, software encryption and security; handle email software, antivirus software, etc. * Proficiency in installation, configuration, and customization of software or products on workstations * Perform installation, configuration, and replacement of consumables for printers, scanners, plotters, etc. * Identify all hardware component issues, such as: motherboards, cables, connectors, drivers, power supplies, monitors, etc. * Provide user support with clear and concise communication, both written and verbal * Ability to remain calm and tolerant, without becoming destabilized when facing situations outside standard procedures and routines * Commitment to the mission and service guidelines Requirements and Qualifications: * Completed technical course or bachelor’s degree in IT or related field * Skills in technical support activities at the configuration level, basic software, and office automation applications * ITIL® v4 Foundation certification (a plus) TRADITIONAL BENEFITS * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Alelo Meal Voucher or Alelo Food Voucher * Life Insurance
