**Responsibilities and Tasks**
* Develop, analyze, and validate mechanical designs for motors, alternators, fans, and blowers for transportation applications (including hybrid and electric vehicles)
* Conduct tests, application studies, and component and system integration activities, ensuring compliance with technical and business requirements
* Prepare and release technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation (DFMEA, design reviews, technical reports, and presentations)
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality, and customers) to resolve issues and achieve project goals
* Provide manufacturing and field support, contributing to continuous improvement and operational failure resolution
* Prepare and present technical data to internal and external stakeholders
**Mandatory Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
* Minimum 3 years of experience with electromechanical hardware (electric motors, transformers, or similar equipment)
* Knowledge of rotating electrical equipment (alternators, generators, AC/DC motors)
* Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA), stress analysis, and bolted joint analysis
* Advanced or fluent English
* Strong verbal and written communication skills for preparing technical reports and presentations
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Prior experience in electrification projects (hybrid or electric vehicles)
* Experience in industrial environments and manufacturing support
* Experience working with global teams or international projects
* Knowledge of product validation and development processes (e.g., DFMEA, Design Review)
