If you seek **purpose in your work**, wish to **advance professionally**, and want to contribute to the **progress of public administration**, this could be your place. ? **About the position:** We are seeking a Support Analyst to provide customer service and support to users of public accounting software, ensuring correct software usage, compliance with public accounting routines, and adherence to applicable legal regulations governing public administration. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide technical and functional support to clients via phone, remote access, chat, or on-site visits (municipalities, city councils, and other public entities); * Guide users on public accounting routines, budgeting, expense execution, and revenue execution; * Support budget opening, execution, and closing processes; * Assist with monthly and annual closings (trial balances, balance sheets, and financial statements); * Provide support for integrations with modules such as Asset Management, Warehousing, Procurement, and Payroll; * Support submission and validation of ancillary obligations and accountability reports (e.g., SICOM, SIOPE, SIOPS, MSC, SICONFI, EFD\-Reinf); * Log, track, and resolve support tickets in the ticketing system; * Identify system defects, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities, collaborating closely with the development team; * Assist in preparing manuals, announcements, and client guidance materials; * Participate in training and capacity-building sessions for clients and internal teams; * **Willingness to travel.** **Requirements:** * Degree in Accounting Sciences, Administration, or Public Administration; * Experience providing support for public accounting systems; * Solid knowledge of Public Accounting (Law No. 4,320/64, Fiscal Responsibility Law – LRF, Manual of Accounting Applied to the Public Sector – MCASP); * Experience with public budgeting, commitment, liquidation, and payment processes; * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service. * Willingness to travel for training and implementation activities. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience at a public-sector management software company; * Knowledge of system integrations; * Experience with Audit Courts and accountability reporting; * Experience conducting training sessions and presentations. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Analytical and solution-oriented mindset; * Organizational and prioritization skills; * Proactivity and sense of responsibility; * Ability to collaborate effectively in teams and interact confidently with clients.
