




Main responsibilities will include: * Providing remote technical support to users, resolving issues related to software and networks; * Performing on-site maintenance on computers and servers, including component replacement, internal cleaning, Windows formatting and updates; * Maintaining network infrastructure, such as cable replacement, connector crimping, network point identification, etc.; * Creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation, ensuring process standardization. Basic requirements: * At least two years of experience in the role; * Completed or ongoing technical education in IT-related fields; * Networking knowledge (switches, routers, APs, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls); * Knowledge and hands-on experience with structured cabling (crimping, testing, locating network cables, rack assembly, patch panel installation); * Experience with ticketing systems (service desk). Required skills: * Ability to document technical processes and procedures; * Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a demanding environment; * Being communicative; * Being organized; * Strong writing ability.
