Assistance in network and system administration **Opportunity for IT Technician** **Requirements:** * Completed high school or currently enrolled in a technical or undergraduate program in Computer Science, Computer Networks, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields; * Experience providing technical support to users (on-site and remote); * Knowledge of assembling, configuring, and maintaining computers, printers, and network devices; * Familiarity with installing and configuring operating systems (Windows/Linux) and software; * Experience with wired and Wi-Fi networks, disk formatting, and data backup; * Knowledge of information security is desirable; * Strong oral and written communication skills, proactivity, organization, and interpersonal skills; * Easy access to the company's location; * Immediate availability. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and network issues; * Install, configure, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, printers, and other IT equipment; * Assist in administering local networks (LAN/Wi-Fi) and system access; * Track and organize technical support tickets to ensure prompt response; * Support the team in implementing systems, updates, and improvements; * Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements to IT processes; * Ensure the security and integrity of company information and equipment. **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance * Meal Voucher * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance **Employment Type:** Full-time, Permanent CLT Contract Working Hours: * Monday through Friday * 8-hour shifts * Daily shift Additional Compensation: * 13th-month salary * Overtime pay Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Contract Compensation: R$1.800,00 - R$2.100,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Selection Question(s): * How long have you worked in this field?
