Responsibilities: * Provide technical support to end users (hardware, software, and network); * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, printers, and peripherals; * Assist in server administration, local area networks (LAN), and internet connectivity; * Monitor equipment and system operations, identify failures, and propose solutions; * Support backup management and information security; * Manage IT equipment inventory and assist in procurement processes; * Respond to technical service requests and follow up until resolution. Requirements: * Currently pursuing a technical or undergraduate degree in IT, Networking, Information Systems, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of network infrastructure (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, structured cabling); * Experience providing hardware and software support (Windows, Microsoft Office suite, antivirus, etc.); * Familiarity with Windows/Linux servers is considered an advantage; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity.
