Assist in the installation and updating of software, operating systems, and applications used by the company. Support the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment. Assist in creating and managing user accounts and access permissions. Support the verification and monitoring of backup and antivirus routines. Monitor system and infrastructure performance. Collaborate in preparing and updating technical documentation for systems and internal processes. Support process improvement and automation projects. Research and propose technological solutions that contribute to process optimization and increased operational efficiency. Support user training on corporate tools and systems. Participate in IT-related meetings and activities, promoting cross-departmental integration and continuous learning.
