Focus on infrastructure and information security **Job Description:** We are seeking an IT Assistant with a focus on infrastructure to provide support and maintenance for the company's technology environment. The professional will be responsible for ensuring the availability, security, and optimal performance of IT resources, providing user support and assisting with infrastructure administration. **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to users (hardware, software, and network); * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment; * Assist in network administration (LAN, WAN, Wi\-Fi); * Configure and install computers, printers, and devices; * Monitor servers, internet links, and network assets; * Manage user access (e\-mails, systems, permissions); * Support implementation of information security policies; * Log and track technical support tickets. **Requirements:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in progress or completed in IT, Networking, Information Systems, or related fields; * Prior experience in technical support and infrastructure; * Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP); * Familiarity with server administration (Windows/Linux); * Knowledge of hardware maintenance; * Familiarity with ticketing tools (help desk). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in corporate environments; * Knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper\-V); * Basic understanding of information security; * IT certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft). **Behavioral Competencies:** * Organization and sense of priority; * Strong communication skills; * Proactivity; * Problem-solving ability; * Teamwork.
