Makerh is a company dedicated to creating and developing innovative solutions for the market. With a focus on technology and design, it aims to efficiently meet its clients' needs. **Responsibilities:** Assist with first-level technical support, performing hardware and software installation, configuration, and maintenance. Provide remote and on-site user support using tools such as RDP and AnyDesk, and register and track incidents in management systems (e.g., GLPI). Perform basic Active Directory administration tasks (user creation, password resets, permission assignments), apply information security best practices (antivirus, phishing prevention), and possess foundational networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, connectivity). Previous experience as Technical Support Assistant, IT Support Assistant, IT Intern, or Computer Technician may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this role. Bachelor's degree in progress required.
