Experience in customer service and sales **Automotive Center Hiring: Internal Sales Representative** We are looking for an **Internal Sales Representative** to handle customer service and support commercial and operational routines at the automotive center. **Main Responsibilities** * Receive vehicles and provide initial customer service; * Carefully listen to customer complaints and direct them to the responsible mechanic; * Prepare service and parts quotations; * Negotiate prices and terms with customers; * Deliver vehicles upon service completion; * Support other activities inherent to the department. **Desired Qualifications** * Experience in customer service and sales; * Strong communication skills and negotiation ability; * Organizational skills and sense of responsibility; * Prior experience in an automotive center or related field is preferred. **Working Hours** Monday to Friday, from **8:00 AM to 6:00 PM**, with a **1 hour and 12 minute lunch break**. **Work Location** Avenida Barão Homem de Melo – Nova Granada Neighborhood **Compensation and Benefits** **Salary:** R$ 3.300,00 Meal Voucher: R$ 21.00 per day Co-payment Health Plan Transportation Voucher Employment Type: Full-time CLT Payment: R$3.300,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
