IT Internship Position You will support the IT team on a daily basis, helping ensure smooth operation of computers, access permissions, internet, printers, systems, and user inquiries. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on learning, problem solving, and rapid professional growth. **Responsibilities:** Handle simple service requests and guide users (first-level support). Assist with configuration of PCs/notebooks (Windows), peripherals, and printers. Support software installation and update routines. Provide basic network support (Wi\-Fi, internet, cabling, simple tests). Organize and document procedures (step-by-step guides / checklists). Assist with inventory management (equipment, passwords/accounts, licenses). Escalate issues to the team when they are more critical or complex. **What We Expect From You:** Strong communication skills and patience when interacting with people. Organizational skills and eagerness to learn. Basic knowledge of Windows and general IT (formatting, drivers, Office, etc.).
