Staying updated with new procedures Support users by guiding\-them on system and hardware operations to enable their effective use, as well as providing assistance for IT-related activities. **Schedule:** 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday **Stipend:** R$800.00 **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Life insurance **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Support users regarding hardware and software requests, identifying and distinguishing non-conformities to resolve issues and irregularities or escalate to third-party technical assistance when necessary; * Guide users on basic operations of operating systems and management systems to enable their effective use; * Provide user support across all systems used at Santa Casa BH, ensuring optimal utilization of available resources, clarifying questions, or resolving reported irregularities; * Stay updated on new procedures and processes relevant to the role; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity level upon request from the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently enrolled in a technical course in Information Technology and minimum age of 16 (sixteen) years.
