Your talent can greatly contribute to our mission! **As an Information Technology Assistant, you will:** * Monitor the full lifecycle of inquiries, incidents, and service requests until resolution. * Receive and log user calls, record user contact details, and monitor escalation procedures; * Assist users of the system with questions, difficulties, and help requests. * Install software following scripts defined by supervisors; * Execute predefined routines such as backup, restoration, verification, and updates; * Perform administrative controls, including installed base, inventory, and software/hardware stock tracking; * Receive equipment; * Prepare management reports following predefined scripts; * Support users and install equipment; * Provide IT support to users for hardware, software, and networks. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. **This position is open to People with Disabilities.** **Requirements:** **We are looking for someone with:** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree: Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or Network Technology; * Proficiency in Windows operating systems. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite. * Proficiency in Local Area Network (LAN) administration/configuration. * Proficiency in Desktop administration/configuration. * Proficiency in link monitoring. * Desired knowledge of Firewall administration, VPN/Content filtering. * Desired knowledge of audio/video technologies. * Desired knowledge of Windows Server. * Desired knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS. **Our Benefits: Care and Growth for You!** * Seniority Bonus: Recognition for your tenure with us; * Daycare Assistance; * Sickness Allowance; * Funeral Assistance; * ASCRED – Association of Sicoob Central Crediminas Employees; * Scholarship Program: We want to see you grow!
