Job Summary: A nursing professional to provide direct patient care in the ICU, ensuring patient safety and quality of care. Key Highlights: 1. Direct patient care in the ICU 2. Ensuring patient safety and quality of care **Requirements:** * Completed Nursing Technician program; * ICU experience; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows, Word, Excel); * Basic computer skills. **Responsibilities:** * Providing direct patient care, including admission, ongoing assessment, medication administration, wound dressings, hygiene, and continuous monitoring. Supporting the team during procedures, examinations, and internal patient transport, ensuring proper documentation, equipment organization, and disinfection. Ensuring patient safety and quality of care by participating in institutional committees and adhering to internal protocols. **Schedule:** Availability to work **12-hour shifts every other day from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.844,81 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
