Assistance in occupational health and safety routines **About the position:** We are seeking an **HR Assistant** to support departmental activities and contribute to the smooth operation of people management processes. This professional will be responsible for providing support in HR administrative routines, ensuring efficiency and organization in team-related tasks. **Responsibilities:** * Support **recruitment and selection** processes (resumé screening, interview scheduling, feedback, onboarding of new employees). * Assist with **timekeeping, benefits, and payroll** in coordination with the administrative or accounting department. * Update and organize employee **records** and **admission/termination documents**. * Support initiatives related to **training, development, and internal marketing**. * Provide support for **occupational health and safety routines** (medical examinations, reports, CIPA, etc.). **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (preferably pursuing a degree in **Business Administration, HR Management, or Psychology**). * Basic knowledge of **Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)**. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail. * Prior experience in HR or administrative roles is preferred.
