Job Summary: Psychology professional to work in Recruitment and Selection, development of surveys, and support for HR routines. Key Highlights: 1. Central role in Recruitment and Selection 2. Strategic support in HR researches and reports 3. Development across various Human Resources routines **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology; * Active registration with the Regional Psychology Council (CRP); * Minimum 6 months of experience in Human Resources; * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite and HR systems). **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct all stages of Recruitment and Selection processes (screening, interviews, administering and grading assessments, feedback delivery, and candidate follow-up); * Develop, administer, and support analysis of internal HR surveys, questionnaires, and management reports; * Provide support to other Human Resources department routines as required. **Working Hours:** * On-site work; * 44 hours per week.
