We are seeking a **Human Resources Department Assistant** to strategically support departmental routines, ensuring activities are executed with quality, accountability, and within legal deadlines.
### **Job Mission:**
Support the operational activities of the Human Resources Department, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with labor legislation.
### **Main Responsibilities:**
* Execute the **employee onboarding process** in the system (Senior or Domínio), based on the onboarding bulletin and documentation provided by the client;
* Process **vacations, terminations, and payroll** (domestic workers and pró-labore) in systems such as Senior, Mário Monteiro, and Domínio;
* Generate reports and documents related to **onboarding, vacations, terminations, taxes, and ancillary obligations**;
* Support the **recalculation of tax forms** (DCTFWeb, GRRF, FGTS, DAE) and issuance of respective documentation;
* Submit events to **eSocial** within legal deadlines, correcting identified errors;
* Perform submissions via **e-CAC**, generate DCTFWeb, and verify tax calculations;
* Generate and send **payroll entry spreadsheets** to clients via Gestta;
* Register third-party contractors/freelancers and issue **RPA with tax verification**;
* Organize physical and digital files, maintaining departmental standardization;
* Support annual activities such as **DIRF importation, income statements, fiscal status validation, and FAP**.
### **Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Accounting, Law, Human Resources, or related fields;
* INTERMEDIATE knowledge of Human Resources Department routines;
* Experience with Senior, Domínio, or similar systems is desirable;
* Familiarity with e-Social and ancillary obligations;
* Organization, accountability, and proactivity.
* Prior experience in Human Resources Department routines within an accounting firm is desirable;
