Job Summary: Bourbon Belo-Horizonte is seeking a friendly and communicative Bellboy to provide customer service, focused on delivering an excellent guest experience. Key Highlights: 1. Greet and welcome guests, assisting and guiding them. 2. Safely manage luggage stored in the baggage room. 3. Serve delivery personnel and grant access according to authorization. Job Offer: Bellboy Bourbon Belo\-Horizonte, a renowned and industry-leading hospitality hotel, is currently seeking a Bellboy to join our customer service team. If you are friendly, passionate about delivering an outstanding guest experience, and possess exceptional communication skills, we would love to meet you! Key Responsibilities: * Greet and welcome guests as they proceed toward their unit (UH), always remaining available to assist and guide them. * Manage luggage stored in the baggage room, labeling items and recording guest information on designated logs and tickets, following internal unit procedures to ensure secure storage. * Serve delivery personnel at the messenger/cargo and loading-unloading area, registering them in the system to authorize access to the property, based on prior information and administrative authorization. Essential Requirements: * Customer service skills; * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in this role is considered a plus. * Availability to work a 6x1 schedule from 3:20 PM to 10:17 PM\.
