Prepare reports and KPIs for the Warranty Department #### **About the position:** The professional will be responsible for analyzing technical assistance requests, verifying eligibility for manufacturer warranty coverage, and overseeing the entire billing and reimbursement process, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and deadlines. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Analyze warranty requests according to manufacturer regulations and eligibility criteria; * Perform data entry and tracking on the manufacturer’s portal for reimbursement processing; * Prepare and organize documentation for billing of warranty-approved services; * Manage appeal processes for rejected warranties, where applicable; * Send parts to the manufacturer for analysis, as well as perform necessary controls and recordkeeping; * Execute disposal of replaced parts under warranty, in accordance with timelines and procedures; * Monitor pending reports and reimbursement receipts from the manufacturer; * Prepare reports and KPIs for the Warranty Department; * Provide technical support to the team and guide new employees. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Experience in warranty-related routines within the automotive industry; * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; #### **Desirable qualifications (advantageous):** * Completed technical education in Automotive Mechanics; * Knowledge of automotive mechanics; * Experience with manufacturer portals and reimbursement processes; * Experience with warranty KPIs and controls. #### **Work schedule and working hours:** * Monday to Friday * 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Lunch break: 1 hour and 12 minutes * Extended to PCD
