An experienced professional in coordinating tax/accounting teams to plan, organize, and monitor activities, provide technical support to clients, and participate in process improvement.

**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Experience in coordinating tax/accounting teams;
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, with experience in Tax and Accounting areas, preferably in an accounting advisory firm;
* Knowledge of financial closing, reconciliations, account analysis, and preparation of financial statements;
* Proficiency in tax legislation and experience calculating taxes under the Simples Nacional, Lucro Presumido, and Lucro Real regimes.
* Experience with ancillary obligations: SPED Fiscal, SPED Contributions, EFD\-Reinf, DCTF, DIRF, and DEFIS.
**PROFILE:**
* Strong interpersonal communication skills, proactivity, ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks, sense of responsibility, and organizational skills.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Plan, organize, and monitor team activities; provide client service and technical support across various sectors, clarifying tax and accounting questions and delivering preventive guidance focused on reducing tax and fiscal risks; participate in reviewing and improving internal processes by implementing controls, conducting periodic verifications, and tracking updates to tax and accounting legislation; support managerial decision-making; manage and develop the tax and accounting team, including task assignment, performance monitoring, technical guidance, and continuous support.
