Main Responsibilities and Activities Product Registration and Management: Track orders, generate shipping labels, integrate orders with logistics carriers, and ensure correct packaging. Monitor inventory to prevent stockouts (stock ruptures) or overstocking, conducting inventory counts and restocking as needed. Respond to inquiries via chat, email, WhatsApp, and social media, as well as manage complaints.
