Our commitment is to deliver scalable, customized solutions that make a tangible difference in people's lives. ### **About the Role:** We are looking for a **Corporate Architect** to lead the evolution of the architecture of a financial-sector organization, ensuring coherence, scalability, and sustainability of technical decisions over time. This role requires a combination of **deep technical expertise and systemic vision**, with strong involvement in defining standards, supporting engineering teams, and making structured architectural decisions. More than just defining architecture, we seek someone who **documents, sustains, and evolves decisions over time**, with clear context, alternatives, and trade\-offs. ### **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Define and evolve the **corporate architecture** (applications, data, and technology) * Ensure alignment between **architecture and business strategy** * Define and track the **architecture and modernization roadmap** * Lead **technological transformation initiatives** * Define and maintain **architectural standards** (microservices, event\-driven, hexagonal architecture) * Structure and govern the organization’s **technology stack** * Ensure decisions are **traceable, versioned, and reviewable** * Design **scalable, resilient, and distributed architectures** * Support engineering teams in **critical technical decisions** * Directly participate in **production-level architectural decisions** * Balance decisions between **short-term delivery** and **long-term sustainability** * Define standards and best practices for **AWS** * Work with services such as: EKS, ECS, SQS/SNS, Kafka, API Gateway * Ensure best practices for Resilience, Performance, and FinOps * Define standards for **Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform)** * Define best practices for CI/CD, pipeline automation, deployment strategy, and Disaster Recovery * Promote efficient integration between development and operations ### **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Strong experience in **software and distributed systems architecture** * Hands\-on experience with **production-level architectural decisions** * Experience with **microservices, event\-driven, and modern architectures** * Proficiency in **AWS** and its core services * Experience with **Terraform (IaC)** * Solid knowledge of engineering best practices: SOLID, DDD, and TDD * Experience with **architectural decision records (ADRs)** for documentation and governance * Experience with modern architectures * AWS certifications ### **Nice-to-Have (Not Required but Valued):** * Experience in **high-scale environments** * Experience in the **financial sector or regulated environments** * Knowledge of **security (IAM, Zero Trust)** ### **What We Offer:** * PJ contract and 100% remote work * TotalPass * Autonomous environment focused on results and continuous learning * Meaningful projects with real technological and innovative challenges Opportunity to work with cloud, generative AI, and modern architecture.
