




Provide operational and commercial support to the leasing team, ensuring prompt client service, control and updating of lead records, document organization, and process tracking until contract signing, thereby contributing to a positive client experience and departmental efficiency. * Receive and register leads daily in the internal system. * Transfer leads in an organized and timely manner to the responsible consultants. * Provide telephone support to clients (landlords and tenants), directing inquiries to the appropriate professionals. * Record all interactions and requests in the CRM system or platform used. * Request necessary documentation for evaluating tenant applications. * Compile and organize digital folders containing client (tenant) documentation. * Verify documents submitted by agents before sending them for evaluation and approval. * Provide operational support to premium consultants, assisting with service management and leasing process organization. * Digitally update documents (property registry records), monitor, and request credits from online platforms used by the department. Conduct daily follow-up on contract signings, ensuring deadlines and procedures are met. Monitor and conduct daily follow-up on registered client services in the system, ensuring status updates and process progress. Support management in responding to and servicing landlord and tenant clients.
