




Job Summary: Support the execution of CRM campaigns, manage databases, and monitor metrics to optimize communication and customer retention. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring campaign metrics and optimizing communication **Key Responsibilities:** * Support the execution of CRM campaigns (email marketing, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, and other channels) * Send communications according to predefined calendars and briefings * Segment customer databases based on predefined criteria * Update and organize databases, ensuring data quality and integrity * Support the creation and maintenance of relationship workflows and automations * Monitor basic campaign metrics (open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, unsubscribe rate) * Support operational requests from the CRM team, including coordination with internal teams and vendors * Maintain an updated and organized campaign calendar * Identify opportunities to improve customer communication * Support customer loyalty, retention, and recovery initiatives **Required Qualifications:** * Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms, including the ability to extract and consolidate reports. * Familiarity with data visualization tools * Prior experience as a Sales Assistant, Marketing Assistant, CRM Assistant, Customer Success Assistant, or in operational or customer support roles. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook).
