Team development and training **Job Description: Perishables Team Leader** =========================================== **Responsibilities:** ---------------------- * Supervise the team responsible for the store's perishables section. * Ensure proper display of perishable products, following storage and hygiene standards. * Place inventory restocking orders according to demand and seasonality. * Train and develop the team to ensure high-quality customer service. * Monitor product expiration dates and implement actions to prevent losses. * Maintain organization and cleanliness in the perishables area. * Report information and results to store management. **Requirements:** --------------- * Prior experience in perishables or leadership roles in retail. * Knowledge of storage standards for perishable food items. * Ability to manage teams and resolve conflicts. * Capacity to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Completed high school education; preferably with courses in food-related fields.
