Junior Support Analyst

Description

The **Brasif Máquinas**, a national reference in the distribution of equipment and solutions for the **construction and material handling** sectors, has an opening for a **Junior Support Analyst** in **Belo Horizonte/MG.** **Responsibilities and duties** * Provide first-level support to users, registering, classifying, routing, and tracking incidents via the ITSM tool. * Ensure compliance with agreed SLAs, performing follow-ups and escalations when necessary. * Identify and resolve incidents, problems, and service requests related to the IT environment. * Continuously monitor the incident queue, prioritizing critical requests and ensuring clear communication with users. * Support updating the knowledge base, documenting procedures, and standardizing support interactions. * Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes, aiming to increase productivity and operational quality. * Collaborate with Level 2, Level 3, and business teams for efficient resolution of requests. **Requirements and qualifications** * Knowledge of technical support and Help Desk/Service Desk operations. * Familiarity with incident analysis and prioritization. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and analytical capacity for problem resolution. **Desirable:** * Experience in corporate environments with high-volume support operations. * Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields. **Advantages:** * Knowledge of ITIL (incidents, requests, problems, and SLAs). * Experience supporting SAP S4 HANA, SAP Commerce, C4C, and 4TAX environments. **Additional information** **This position is 100% on-site in Belo Horizonte.** **CLT \+ Benefits:** * Cafeteria * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Wellhub (Gympass) * ZenKlub Brasif Máquinas distributes the following brands: Case Construction, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of construction equipment; Hyster\-Yale, the global leader in material handling equipment; and FPT Industrial, with Brasif Máquinas being the first master distributor of the brand in Brazil for engines used in vans, trucks, buses, construction and agricultural machinery, marine applications, and power generation.
