General Services Assistant **Position Summary:** Responsible for ensuring cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of company premises. Your work is essential to creating a safe, pleasant, and functional workplace for all employees, clients, and visitors of ACADEMIA SUPERFIT. We seek a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong interpersonal skills. **Key Responsibilities:** * Clean and maintain all internal and external areas of the company, including offices, meeting rooms, restrooms, pantries, reception, and circulation areas. * Perform sweeping, vacuuming, floor washing, and surface treatment. * Clean windows, glass surfaces, furniture, and equipment. * Restock hygiene and cleaning supplies in restrooms and pantries (soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.). * Collect and properly dispose of general and recyclable waste, following safety and sustainability guidelines. * Monitor inventory levels of cleaning and hygiene supplies, notifying the supervisor when replenishment is required. * Carry out minor repairs and basic maintenance tasks, such as light bulb replacement, when requested. * Support activities related to organizing and moving furniture, materials, and equipment as needed. * Respond to requests and ensure the overall proper functioning of facilities.
