All selection processes conducted by **CS BRASIL** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Repair damaged body parts (dents, scratches, cracks); * Align and straighten doors, fenders, hoods, trunk lids, and other components; remove and install body parts when repair is not feasible; * Use manual, hydraulic, or pneumatic tools specifically designed for bodywork; perform fitting and fastening adjustments on new components to ensure correct alignment; * Apply fillers, primers, and other materials for surface preparation; * Prepare vehicles for the painting process (sanding, cleaning, masking); * Complete technical service forms specifying repairs performed; * Alert supervisors/responsible personnel upon identifying non-conformities; * Comply with Integrated Management System and Occupational Safety standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** * High school diploma preferred; * Basic knowledge of automotive painting preferred; * Bodywork techniques preferred; * Easy access to the Contagem/MG region required. **Additional Information** We offer all the traditional benefits you already know—and go beyond: * **Benefits Club:** An exclusive platform offering discounts across multiple categories—gastronomy, entertainment, services, education, leisure, and sports. * **Connected to You:** A dedicated channel providing specialized support for you and your family—including psychological, social, financial, legal assistance, and more—available 24/7 with full confidentiality. * Extended **Maternity Leave** and **Paternity Leave**, plus a **Newborn Kit** for new mothers and fathers. * We understand how important children’s and adolescents’ education is.
