**Job Opening: Cleaning Agent (Janitor)** We are seeking a dedicated and responsible professional to join our cleaning team. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning the common areas of condominiums under our management, contributing to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all residents. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break) * Saturdays: 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM **Main Responsibilities:** * Covering the sectors assigned to staff members on vacation. * Sanitizing and restocking restrooms with cleaning supplies and stationery; * Organizing and replenishing cleaning materials as needed; * Reporting any issues or repair needs to supervisors, ensuring proper maintenance of the premises. * Cleaning and maintaining common areas such as entrance lobbies, hallways, elevators, party rooms, and outdoor areas; * Proper collection and disposal of waste, in compliance with safety regulations and company procedures; * Cleaning floors, glass surfaces, furniture, and general surfaces using appropriate products and equipment; **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience in this role or in similar activities; * Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment; * Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures; * Good communication and interpersonal skills; * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, when required. **How to Apply:** Interested candidates must send an updated CV in PDF format or a legible image to WhatsApp **(31) 2535-4040** Or apply via the website: www.delreyservicos.com.br Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$1.649,11 - R$1.649,12 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Education: * Elementary education in progress or incomplete (Preferred) Experience: * Cleaning (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
