Significant opportunities for growth and advancement within the company JOB: SALES TRAINEE We are seeking a Sales Trainee to join our sales team, with an emphasis on learning, professional development, and supporting in-store sales and customer service activities. Main Responsibilities: * Support the sales team in customer service * Assist in the sales process, including quotations and follow-ups * Organize commercial information and store routines * Support operational tasks related to the sales department Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture, or currently enrolled (mandatory requirement) * Proficiency in SketchUp and Canva * Communicative, organized, proactive profile with interest in commercial development Preferred Qualifications: * CRM knowledge Working Hours: * Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM We Offer: * Fixed salary * Graduated commissions * Cost-of-living allowance * Professional and collaborative work environment * Training and mentoring for development in the sales field * Significant opportunities for growth and advancement within the company Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.518,00 - R$4.805,07 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance
