Collaboration in communication campaigns and internal processes **Responsibilities:** * Support in administrative routines (filing, document organization, spreadsheet and report control). * Telephone customer service and support to customers and suppliers. * Assistance in internal procurement, finance, and human resources processes. * Management and updating of the company's social media (content posting, follower engagement, and metric monitoring). * Collaboration with the team on communication campaigns and initiatives. **Requirements:** * Experience in administrative routines. * **Experience with social media** (Instagram, TikTok), including post creation and engagement tracking. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to work in a team. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva, Photoshop or similar tools). * Experience in public-facing customer service. **Working Hours:** 44 hours per week (in-person).
