Bid Analyst

AIR MINAS is seeking a HVAC Bid Analyst to join our team. We are looking for an organized, analytical, and committed professional with experience in bidding processes and technical knowledge in engineering/climate control, to directly handle tender document analysis, proposal development, and monitoring of public and private contracts. ### **Responsibilities** * Analyze tender notices, terms of reference, project documents, and technical documents related to air conditioning and HVAC systems * Identify technical, legal, financial, and operational requirements of bidding procedures * Prepare documentation for participation in public and private tenders * Develop commercial and technical proposals * Perform cost composition and quantitative takeoff of materials and services * Monitor deadlines, objections, appeals, and clarifications * Participate in electronic and in-person public auctions * Manage company certificates, corporate documents, and technical portfolio * Support engineering, budgeting, procurement, and legal departments * Monitor opportunities on public procurement portals and electronic platforms * Conduct contractual follow-up and post-bid support when necessary ### **Requirements** * Prior experience in the bidding field * Knowledge of reading and interpreting tender notices * Knowledge of HVAC systems and air conditioning projects will be considered an important advantage * Familiarity with the New Public Bidding and Administrative Contracts Law * Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite * Strong organizational and deadline management skills for documentation * Good written communication and analytical ability * Experience with platforms such as Compras.gov, Licitar Digital, Portal de Compras Públicas, BEC, among others is desirable ### **Advantages** * Technical or higher education degree in Engineering, Administration, Law, or related fields * Experience in public engineering contracts * Experience in pricing, cost composition, and HVAC budgeting * Ability to read project drawings and descriptive specifications ### **Job Information** * Employment type: CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) * Work mode: On-site * Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM * Location: Belo Horizonte/MG * Competitive market-based salary ### **Benefits** * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Gympass Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Desired Education: Law, Bachelor's Degree
